Cemile Banu Hızlı
Banu Hızlı graduated from the Business Administration Department of Middle East Technical University in 1996 and began her career in corporate banking through a management trainee program. Between 1996 and 2016, she held senior positions in Corporate Banking, Private Banking, and Channel Management at Dışbank, BankEuropa, Millennium Bank, and Finansbank.
In 2016, Hızlı joined CMC Turkey, one of Turkey's largest independent outsourcing providers, as Deputy General Manager. In 2019, she was appointed as the General Manager of CMC Turkey. Since then, she has led the company’s growth strategies, customer relationship management, and service diversification efforts, strengthening CMC Turkey's position in the industry.
With CMC Turkey joining M+ Group, Europe's fastest-growing BPO, Technology, and Consultancy group, in January 2020, Banu Hızlı also became a member of the M+ Group executive board. M+ Group operates in 15 locations across Turkey and Europe, serving 260 organizations from 58 countries with over 10,000 employees in 31 languages.
In addition to her role at the Call Centers Association, Banu Hızlı actively participates in the Women on Board Association and YenidenBiz Association.

Haktan Saran
Born in 1975, Haktan SARAN graduated from the Statistics Department of Mimar Sinan University. He began his career in 1995 at the Koçbank call center and worked in various positions within the call center field. From 1999 to 2004, he served in the Alternative Channel Management at Denizbank. Between 2005 and 2014, Haktan Saran held several key roles at Turkcell Global Bilgi, including Customer Service Operations Manager and Deputy General Manager responsible for Turkcell Individual Operations. He also served as the General Manager at Alonet Information Technologies. Currently, Haktan Saran is the General Manager at Assistt Call Center.

Neşet Seçkin Piker
Born in 1973, Seçkin Piker graduated from the English Economics Department of Istanbul University. He began his career at DHL in 1999 as a Field Sales Manager. Seçkin Piker has held various managerial roles within the sales team, including Special Customers Manager, Group Sales Manager, and Direct Sales Channels Manager. Additionally, as part of the Role Advancing Program Through Internal Development (Talent Development Program), he served as the Sales Director responsible for development and implementation in the SME markets of Qatar and France. Since 2015, he has been responsible for field sales activities in Turkey, including the management of all related sales teams. As of 2021, Seçkin Piker holds the position of Deputy General Manager responsible for Customer Services. Seçkin Piker is married and has two children.

Zekeriya Arslan
Born in Ankara in 1971, Zekeriya Arslan holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Information from Bilkent University and an MBA from Yeditepe University. He began his career as an R&D engineer at Northern Telecom and later worked as a senior executive for seven years at Mondial Assistance Turkey, part of the Allianz Group. During this time, he participated in numerous call center projects in the UK, Germany, Italy, and France.
Currently, he is the founder and CEO of EchoCCS, a company that provides call center services to around 200 firms. Arslan is also the author of Turkey's first call center book, "A to Z of the Call Center World."
He has two sons, Emre (17) and Aras (5). Arslan has a semi-professional interest in writing, swimming, squash, and parachuting, and he is a P4 level parachute pilot.

Beril Hakgüden
Beril Hakgüden completed her psychology education at Boğaziçi University in 1998 and graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University's MBA program in 2011. With 20 years of experience in the finance sector, Beril Hakgüden began her corporate career at Esbank and continued with Dışbank's management trainee program. She held various roles at BankEuropa, Millenniumbank, and Fibabanka, including Branch Manager for Individual and SME Segments, Retail Banking Sales and Coordination Unit Manager, and Squad Leader during the transition to an Agile structure.
Since 2018, she has been working at Vodafone, where she has held roles such as Senior Manager of Corporate Services under Customer Operations, Senior Manager of Individual Services, and Senior HR Business Partner responsible for Commercial Functions.
As of June 2023, she is the Director of Customer Operations Individual Services Management.

Cemal Murat Akar
Cemal Akar, a graduate of the Industrial Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University's Business Faculty, is one of the founders of Tempo BPO and has been involved in the company's management since 2001. With eleven years of experience in the call center and mobile communication industry, Akar has played a key role in successful projects such as Alokontör. He is also one of the founders of Cetech, a Mobile VAS company. Cemal Akar, born in 1973 in Istanbul, is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Tempo BPO. He is single, has two children, and is proficient in English.

Esin Karakaya
Esin Karakaya began her career in 1997 in the Retail Banking Credits department at Pamukbank. She held managerial roles in the Sales and Marketing departments at Pamukbank, Halkbank, and Halk Sigorta. In 2007, she joined CPP Group Turkey as Corporate Sales and Marketing Manager and later served as Corporate Sales and Marketing Director, playing a significant role in the company's growth. Since 2023, she has been serving as Co-CEO responsible for Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Services, and Call Center Operations.
With over 25 years of professional experience in the banking and insurance sectors, Esin Karakaya graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Istanbul University. Born in Istanbul, she is the mother of one son.

Hasan Adıgüzel
Hasan Adıgüzel graduated from the Electronics Engineering Department of Ankara University in 1995 and completed his MBA and Doctorate in Business Administration at Atılım University.
In the telecommunications sector, he has held roles such as Telecommunications Project Manager, Deputy Vice President of International Relations, and Group Supply Chain Director. Since 2014, he has been serving as the CEO of Pusula Call Center.

Hüseyin Şerif Beyaztaş
Born in Eskişehir in 1972, Hüseyin Şerif Beyaztaş graduated from Yıldız Technical University with a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering in 1993.
He began his career in 1995 as a training consultant in Arçelik Consumer Services and held various positions in Arçelik Consumer Services until 2006. During Arçelik’s global journey, from 2006 to 2010, he served as Import Logistics Manager in the Supply Chain and from 2010 to 2014, he was the Export Logistics Manager, contributing significantly to foreign trade. In 2014, Beyaztaş was appointed Operations Director of Beko Thailand during Arçelik's investment in Thailand. Since February 2015, he has been serving as the Director of Arçelik Consumer Services.
Hüseyin Şerif Beyaztaş is married and has two children.

Mehmet Okan Gözütok
Okan Gözütok graduated from the Business Administration Department of Middle East Technical University. His first job was with NCR Corporation, a giant in the IT sector. Upon graduation, he joined NCR's "Eagle Program" for new talents and served in the company's sales team. He worked in corporate sales at NCR for 11 years. During this period, he spent a significant amount of time in San Diego, USA, representing the Latin America, Middle East, and Africa regions as the Marketing and Sales Support Manager at NCR’s large-scale systems production center, which employed 2,000 people.
After 11 years at NCR, Gözütok transitioned his career towards management and leadership. He became acquainted with the call center industry in 2001 and joined Siemens Turkey, which played a crucial role in his career. He earned the title of "Most Commendable Operations Manager of the Year" at the prestigious IMI Call Center Awards, judged by dozens of jury members.
Following the merger of Siemens' related unit with Atos Origin as part of their global strategic movement, Gözütok served as Deputy General Manager at Atos Turkey from 2013. As of July 2, 2018, he was appointed CEO of Atos Customer Services Inc.
Okan Gözütok is a board member of the Call Centers Association and a member of the Ataşehir Rotary Club Association. His hobbies include reading books, cooking as a master chef, decorating, traveling, and driving fast cars.

Meliha Ayşegül Turhan
Ayşegül Turhan graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Industrial Engineering in 2000. She began her career the same year as a business analyst at AT Kearney Management Consulting. She then held roles such as Product Manager at Pfizer, Segment Manager at QNB Finansbank, and Marketing Manager at the bank's newly established consumer finance company. In 2010, she was introduced to customer services through a major transformation project at the bank, and for nearly 10 years, she held various managerial positions at QNB Finansbank and Vodafone, overseeing major transformation projects. Since August 2020, Ayşegül Turhan has been working at Hepsiburada as Group Director responsible for HepsiFly, HepsiPay, HepsiJet, HepsiExpress, and Hepsiburada customer services.

Metin Tarakçı
Metin Tarakçı began his career in 1996 at Koçbank's Call Center. Until 2005, he held various positions in the call center units of leading banks such as Egebank, HSBC, and Koçbank. In 2005, Tarakçı transitioned to the outsourcing sector, serving as the General Manager of CMC and Callpex Call Centers.
Since 2016, he has managed the acquisition process of Callpex by Webhelp SAS, one of Europe's largest outsourcing service providers, and continues to serve as the CEO of Webhelp Turkey.
With over 20 years of experience in the call center industry, Metin Tarakçı has completed the Advanced Level CMB Licensing Program. He is married and has one child.

Metin Tuğtağ
Metin Tuğtağ graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in Political Science and International Relations in 2003. He has over 10 years of sales experience, having held Regional Sales Manager positions at leading companies such as Danone and Türk-Henkel.
In 2015, Tuğtağ joined the world of TRT, initially serving as the Channel Coordination & Operations Director for TRT World. From 2018 to 2023, he continued his career as the TRT Istanbul Regional Director. As of February 2024, Metin Tuğtağ is working as the General Manager of Turkcell Global Bilgi.

Tülay Doğrular
Tülay Doğrular has nearly 30 years of experience in Banking, Financial Support Services, and Customer Experience. After completing her education in Banking and Financial Support Services in Germany, she began her professional career in 1992 at Volksbank in the same country. Following 12 years of experience in finance, she shifted her focus to customer experience. In 2014, she joined Teleperformance, the world's leading customer and experience management BPO, as Deputy General Manager responsible for Operations. Since 2018, Tülay Doğrular has been serving as the CEO and Board Member of Teleperformance Turkey.
Teleperformance Turkey supports over 150 local and global brands in 19 different sectors, in more than 20 languages, with over 8,000 interaction experts, helping them enhance their customer experiences.
Fluent in both English and German, Doğrular emphasizes that, alongside her professional achievements, her commitment to her family and her love for her pets are indispensable parts of her life.

Yasin Uslu
Born in Ankara in 1976, Yasin Uslu completed his bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at Seneca College in Toronto, Canada, and then earned a master's degree in Information Technology from York University.
Yasin Uslu gained experience in operations management at call center companies while starting his career abroad. After his role at Eastman Kodak in Canada, he returned to Turkey in 2008. Until 2011, he held significant positions in the industry, and from 2011 to 2013, he worked as Operations Group Manager at Callus, a company within the Koç Information Group. Following Callus's acquisition by Comdata Group, he served as Deputy General Manager responsible for Operations and Customer Relations at Comdata Turkey. Since 2019, he has been the General Manager of Comdata. Yasin Uslu is married and has two daughters.
