Changes in Our Board of Directors

Due to the inclusion of the Majorel firm under the Teleperformance brand, Soner Cesur, who represented Majorel on our Board of Directors, will be replaced by Esin Karakaya, the General Manager of CPP Sigorta ve Aracılık Hiz. A.Ş., in accordance with our bylaws.
